I am so excited about this shift in focus to the three questions you mentioned - these are very top of mind for me as well!! It makes so much sense to me to evolve in this direction. I feel like a lot of what healing work can uncover is the systems, conditioning, power structures that keep you in a smaller version of yourself, sometimes unknowingly supporting a power structure / system already in place. Finding your purpose, embracing sensitivity / authenticity / creativity / self-expression veers you away from the narrowly defined buckets of “normal” or “what is okay to be”. But even once you become aware that this has happened, it’s like the start of an entirely new journey to explore what purpose, liberation and authenticity look like to you.
